Standard Warranty Program and Return Policy
Note: Warranty and Return Policy is valid only for items purchased or supplied by Profitness Wholesale of Maryland.
Free 30-day warranty (Remanufactured Treadmills have a 90-day Warranty)
ProFitness Wholesale of Maryland warranites your product for 30 days from the day of delivery or pick-up. This warranty covers parts and labor for all manufacturers defects. This includes, but is not limited to: defective bearings, cranks, sprockets, gears, belts, the frame, mounting brackets and hardware, electronic parts except the battery, and wheels. The warranty excludes the following items: (a) Cosmetic problems such as rust, peeling decals or scratched or peeling paint; (b) Normal wear and tear items such as worn or torn seats, brakes, batteries, cracked or broken plastic shrouds or covers; (c) Regular maintainence work such as lubrication of chains, tightening loose seats or pedals. (d) Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product. (e) Televisions that are notintegrated into the console.
The item must be returned to our repair shop for warranty service. If warranty work is required and it is not possible to return the item to our repair shop, ProFitness Wholesale may, at it's discretion charge a fee to cover travel expenses and time to and from the location of the equipment, such fee may not exceed $60 per hour total travel time.
Warranty service will not be provided to customers that owe money to Profitness Wholesale of Maryland.
Sales, Deposits, and Return Policy
Once you sign a copy of the sales invoice and place a deposit on an item or pay for it in full, the transaction is treated as a sale. If the item is not ready for sale (reconditioning not completed) at the time you place a deposit, then you have the right to come to our store location and inspect it when it is completed. If the item is not in satisfactory working condition at the time of the inspection, then your deposit or payment may be refunded in full. Items must be paid for in full prior to delivery. If you cancel your order before delivery and after the itme is reconditioned and ready for delivery, except as noted above ((in-sotre inspection) then the restocking fee still applies. You may return all commercial fitness equipment sold by Pro Fitness Wholesale of Maryland, LLP within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. All shipping/delivery fees upon return are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note* If shipment is refused or undeliverable or the item cannot be physically placed in the location requested by the customer and a return is requested, a 20% restocking fee will still apply and the customer is also responsible for the delivery and return delivery fees.

Pro Fitness Wholesale of Maryland reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned worn, damaged or missing parts, equipment necessary for use.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Pro Fitness Wholesale via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of goods. At our discretion, we will either (a) provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item or (b) ship replacement parts necessary to restore the item to its advertised condition. If you do not agree with our decision or would like a refund, you may return your item within 30 days. Please note we do not pay for shipping for returns.
If your item arrives via common carrier truck, please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Please contact us immediately if the item is an assembled piece or if the damage involves a part that can't be replaced. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy.
Other Order Discrepancies
If the merchandise you receive does not match what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days via phone or by emailing email@example.com. Failure to do so may void this return policy.
